摘要
以2-甲基咪唑、溴乙烷、氯甲基三甲基硅烷和对甲苯磺酸为原料合成了新型的1-三甲基硅基甲基-2-甲基-3-乙基咪唑对甲苯磺酸离子液体,并对其进行了红外光谱分析。探究了该含硅离子液体用量、酸醇摩尔比、反应温度和反应时间等因素对其催化没食子酸丙酯合成的影响及其重复使用性能。在没食子酸用量为2.3518g(0.0125mol)、含硅离子液体用量为0.25g(0.00068mol)、酸醇摩尔比为1:8、反应温度130℃、反应时间4h的条件下,没食子酸丙酯的产率可达79.5%。研究表明1-三甲基硅基甲基-2-甲基-3-乙基咪唑对甲苯磺酸离子液体具有良好的催化效果和重复使用性能。
2-methyl imidazole, bromine ethane, chlorine methyl trimethylsilane and p-toluene sulfonic acid were used as raw material to synthesize novel 1-tirmethylsilyl methyl-2-methyl-3-ethyl imidazole p-toluene sulfonate ionic liquids. The dosage of the silicon containing ionic liquid, acid alcohol mole ratio, reaction temperature and reaction time on the influence of propyl gallate synthesis and its reusability were investigated. Under the condition of 2.3518g(0.0125mol) gallic acid, 0.25g(0.00068mol) silicon containing ionic liquids, acid alcohol mole ratio of 1: 8, reaction temperature 130℃ and reaction time 4 h, the yield of propyl gallate could reach 79.50%.The results showed the silicon containing ionic liquids had good catalytic
