摘要
以宁波教育学院高职学生的职业生涯规划课程教学改革为例,分析当前高职院校职业生涯规划类课程教学中存在的问题,探索适合当前高职院校职业生涯规划类课程的教学模式。文章从职业生涯规划课本身的特点及学生需求特点出发,通过问卷调查、访谈及实证研究的方法着重对高职院校职业生涯规划课的教学方法进行探讨,强调师生互动、生生互动,认为学生能亲身体验、参与程度高、体验深刻的教育形式最能取得教育的实效,是"有效的教学方法"。
Taking higher vocational students' career planning curriculum teaching reform in Ningbo Institute of Education as an example, analyzing current problems in class teaching to explore a teaching model, this article discusses teaching methods on the basis of characteristics of career planning course itself and students' demands through questionnaire investigation, interview and empirical method. On effective teaching method, the paper emphasizes interactions between teachers and students, students and students, and aims to achieve teaching effectiveness through students' personal and rich experiences.
