摘要
以城乡教育一体化为视角,分析城乡义务教育师资非均衡化发展的缘由,并提出促进义务教育师资均衡发展的几条路径:建立城乡教育一体化的义务教育教师双向交流制度;建立城乡义务教育教师培养、培训一体化制度;制定全面的农村义务教育教师队伍保障制度和监督机制。
From the perspective of the integration of rural and urban education, the paper analyzes the unbalanced sources of teachers' development and states how to promote its balance: building two-way exchange system; establishing teachers' training rules; constructing guarantee and inspection mechanism.
