宁波市中职学校毕业生就业情况跟踪调查研究——以宁波外事学校2009-2011级毕业生为例

A Follow-up Research into Employment Situation of Secondary Vocational Students in Ningbo——A Case Study of Ningbo Foreign Affairs School 2009-2011 Graduates

文章以宁波外事学校2009-2011级毕业生为研究对象,从就业率、就业特色、就业质量、就业现状的满意度等方面对宁波市中职校毕业生的就业情况进行分析,指出提高宁波市中职生就业质量的建议:加强校企合作,实现"订单式"培养;优化课程结构,加强实践教学;加强就业指导;毕业生要全面提高自身素质和就业能力。

Based on the employment situation of Ningbo Foreign Affairs School 2009-2011 graduates as the research object, such elements are analyzed as employment rate, employment characteristics,employment quality, employment satisfaction. The article points out how to promote employment quality of secondary vocational students in Ningbo： strengthening cooperation between schools and companies to implement ordering cultivation, optimizing curriculum structure, emphasizing practical teaching, reinforcing employment guidance to help graduates improve their own quality and ability.
