It is a continuous study to improve teaching methods according to the disadvantages in Chinese teaching in secondary vocational school. The paper creates a microteaching mode which focuses on the research into micro-media application, micro-activity organization and micro-assessment improvement.Within the microteaching mode, hidden power can motivate students＇ interests, potential, participation and hopefully they are more actively learning Chinese in secondary vocational school.
