摘要
通过对射孔工艺、入井液返排工艺、配套工具及管柱组合技术分析和研究,最终形成一套适合气井作业的一体化管柱体系,一趟管柱可完成射孔-压裂-排液等全部作业工序。成功在盆5和克拉美丽气田5口井应用,不仅解决了常规完井管柱受入井液返排困难、其他工艺耽误返排时间、反复压井加重储层污染等问题,而且为同类气藏修井作业优选合适的完井管柱提供了新的技术途径,具有较高的推广应用价值。
This article focuses on the analysis and study of the perforating technology,drainage of well liquid,the technology of column combination and matching tools. It ultimately forms a set of system of integrative column for gas well operation,which can finish all of operation of perforation,fracturing and drainage once. It is applied successfully in 5 wells in Peng5 and in Kelameili gas field,which not only solved the difficulties of drainage,time consuming and formation pollution by heavy mud. And it provides a new technical way for the similar gas reservoir in the well operations,It has high value of popularization.
