The iron ore mixed process is applied in Donajiakou terminal of Qingdao Port to lower transportation cost and strengthen its competiveness. The modification scheme and optimization management of iron ore mixed process in Dongjiakou Terminal of Qingdao Port is presented to meet the demands of all parties and good results are achieved.
