术前音乐视频干预对唇腭裂患儿修复术全麻苏醒期躁动的影响

Effects of the music video intervention for children with cleft lip and palate repair about agitation in awakening period

目的探讨术前音乐视频干预对唇腭裂患儿修复术全麻苏醒期躁动的临床效果。方法采用随机对照试验设计,选择64例行唇腭裂修复术患儿分为观察组和对照组,两组均进行常规护理,观察组术前实施3 d音乐视频干预。比较两组患儿苏醒前后心率、呼吸、血氧饱和度和躁动评分(PAED)。结果患儿复苏期苏醒后躁动发生率观察组低于对照组,观察组心率、呼吸、血氧饱和度、PAED与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论音乐视频干预可明显减轻唇腭裂修复术患儿麻醉苏醒期躁动的发生,有利于患儿病情恢复并减少术后意外事件发生。

Objective To explore the influence of the music video intervention for children with cleft lip and palate repairing operation about agitation in awakening period. Methods 64 cases were randomly divided into observation group（ n = 32） and control group（ n= 32）. The observation group children were applied specially the music video intervention three days. To observe the changes of HR,R,SPO2 and PAED before and after waking up. Result The occurrence rate of restlessness after awake in observation group were lower than in control group,The changes of HR,R,SPO_2 and PAED were significantly different in two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The music video intervention could significantly decrease the incidence and degree of restlessness of children with cleft lip and palate repair in awakening period,and help children illness recovery and reduce postoperative accident.
