摘要
侯曲新闻绛一体化地区经济发展水平低,工业化处于中期阶段,侯马经济发展水平明显高于区域内其他县.目前,侯曲新闻绛一体化发展仅限于"喊口号",一体化进程基本处于起步阶段.未来推进一体化发展中,以侯马为主导和核心,以侯马-曲沃同城化、推动设立"侯马新区"、加强工业分工与合作、优化空间布局等为推进重点,以先易后难分步实施、全面实现侯马"省直管"、促进地方政府间达成一体化发展的框架协议、创新一体化发展体制机制等为推进对策.
The economic development level is low and the industrialization is in the middle stage in integration of Houma-Quwo-Xinjiang-Wenxi-Jiangxian. The level of Houma is higher significantly than other counties within the region. At present,the integration process is at the initial stage. In the future,Houma will be the leading and core,and the stress is to push Houma-Quwo city,to promote the establishment of ＂ Houma new district＂,to Strengthen the industrial division and cooperation,to optimize the layout of the space and so on. The countermeasures include implementing from easy to difficult,the full realization of Houma＂provincial tube＂,the achieving of integrated development framework agreement between local government,the innovating of institutional mechanisms in integration development.
