基于云平台的糖尿病院后健康监测管理系统应用效果研究

Application of health monitoring and management system based on cloud platform of diabetics after discharge

目的探讨关于云平台的糖尿病院后健康监测管理系统及其应用价值。方法选取我院诊治且出院后的糖尿病患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。观察组应用基于云平台的糖尿病院后健康监测管理系统实施延续护理;对照组仅出院前建立档案,保留联系方式,进行常规出院前指导。比较两组治疗依从性,血糖、糖化血红蛋白和并发症发生情况。结果通过应用基于云平台院后监测管理系统,同对照组对比,在治疗依从性、血糖情况及并发症发生情况方面,表现出良好应用效果,三种观测数据均不同程度优于对照组。结论基于云平台的糖尿病院后健康监测管理系统在院后糖尿病患者中表现出较高的应用价值,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application of health monitoring and management system based on cloud platform of diabetics after discharge and its value. Methods One hundred patients with diabetics treated in and discharged from our hospital were randomly divided into two groups（ n = 50,each）. Patients in the observation group were given continuous nursing care by the monitoring and management system while those in the control group were required to set up files and keep in contact by telephone and were given regular discharge instruction only,treatment compliance,blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and the incidence of complications were compared between two groups. Results Compared with the control group,the treatment compliance,blood glucose and occurrence of complications had been improved in the observation group. Conclusion Health monitoring and management system based on cloud platform of diabetics after discharge is effective and can be widely used in clinical practice.
