摘要
建筑从最初的规划设计到之后的施工、运营直至拆除,形成一个全生命周期。关注建筑的全生命周期,意味着不仅应在规划设计阶段充分考虑并利用环境因素,且须确保施工过程中以及拆除后对环境的影响最小,运营阶段能为人们提供健康、舒适、低耗和无害的活动空间。文章对绿色建筑在城市规划设计中的运用进行了分析和探讨。
From the initial planning, design to the construction, operation until the demolition, construction forms a full life cycle. Focus on building life cycle, means that environmental factors should not only be fully considered in the planning and design stage and the minimum impact on the environment during the construction and demolition process shall be ensured too And the operational phase can provide people with health, comfort, low consumption and innocuous event space. In this paper, the use of green building in urban planning and design were analyzed and discussed.
