探究居家养老与城市居住区规划设计

Research on home-based care service and the planning and design of urban residential district

文章根据我国老龄人口的特征、居家养老的特点及需求,提出城市居住区规划设计时应该遵从的建设原则,应有的老年设施、内容、相关规定及要求,与其它居住区内设施的关系等。

According to the features of the aging population in China, this paper points out that the construction principle should be followed in the design of urban residential district based on characteristics of home-based care service. And the planning of the district should conform to the facilities, relevant regulations and requirements for elderly-caring at home. The relationship with other residential facilities should be taken into consideration too.
