摘要
针对大牛地气田气井产量低,超过80%的井都需要借助排水措施辅助生产,气田于2013年引入了涡流排水工艺,在具有代表性的D1-1-186直井与DPH-14低产水平井进行应用,都取得了较好的应用效果。采用两级井下涡流排水工艺,D1-1-186直井产气量从安装前的7 500 m^3/d增加到10 200 m^3/d;DPH-14低产水平井能有效遏制气井的积液减产,使产气量稳定在14 000 m^3/d。分析了涡流排水工艺原理,以及该工艺在大牛地气田直井、水平井上的应用及所取得的显著应用效益,为涡流排水工艺在气田的进一步推广应用提供了参考依据。
In Daniudi gasfield, the production of most gas wells is low. So, some water-drainage technologies are used for more than80 percent of wells. Since 2013, a technology of eddy drainage has been applied to D1- 1- 186 vertical well and DPH- 14 horizontal well with low yield. And a better effect was obtained. After an application of two-stage downhole eddy drainage technology to this vertical well, the gas production increased to 10 200 m3/d from 7 500m3/d; and the gas production of that horizontal well kept 14 000m3/d, and some accumulation liquids might be effectively prevented. This paper analyzes the principle of this eddy drainage technology, and presents its application to both vertical and horizontal wells in Daniudi gasfield, and demonstrates their obvious effect. These achievements can provide reference for its further application.
