摘要 中国石油西气东输管道公司采用按照每日指定输气量向下游用户供气的分输管理模式,为保证尤其是在无人值守分输站时向用户供气的准确,需实现对天然气分输设备的自动控制改造。在分析分输工艺流程的基础上,提出了一种按日指定计划分输的自动控制方案,介绍了方案中的针对不同用户情况下按日指定计划分输的自动控制调节方法,结合自动控制特性形成调节规律公式,并依据经验和模型确定自动控制参数,将该自动控制方案应用于分输站的现场试验中,实现了分输站自动分输的功能。 CNPC West- to- East Pipeline Company adopts an offtake management pattern, which supplies natural gas to downstream users according to a designated gas transmission rate per day. However, an automatic control improvement(also called PID improvement) should be implemented for those natural-gas offtake facilities in order to ensure a gas-supplying accuracy while guard free in an offtake station. In this study, a scheme of PID improvement, offtake management according to designated plan per day, is presented; and then, various PID improvement schemes targeted to different users are illustrated; thirdly, formula-adjusting principle forms on the basis of PID features; finally, based on past experience and model, some PID parameters are determined. This scheme has been applied to some offtake stations, and function of automatic offtake management may be realized for these offtake stations.
