"十二五"期间,油气企业的天然气文化建设在企业发展中的战略地位逐步确立,天然气文化建设进入到了与企业发展战略相适应的整体深化阶段,针对"十三五"时期油气企业的天然气文化建设如何进一步发展,天然气特色文化如何成为企业发展战略的核心要素问题,以中国石油西南油气田公司为例,阐述了在新形势下公司的天然气文化发展的必要性,深入分析了"十三五"时期公司天然气文化建设的构想,指出天然气文化建设的总体思路和目标,以及要重点推进的建设内容,并提出高度重视与强力组织落实、建立全方位与大文化格局、培养文化建设人才队伍及健全文化建设的考核评估机制4大天然气文化建设措施。
During the'12th Five-year Plan'period, the status of natural gas culture was gradually confirmed on the development of oil and gas enterprises and the construction of natural gas culture entered into an overall deepening stage with enterprise development. With regard to future development of natural gas culture construction of oil and gas enterprises during the'13th Five- year Plan'period and how natural gas culture becomes the core of enterprise development, the paper, taking the CPE Southwest Company as an example, describes the necessity of natural gas culture development under the new situation, deeply analyzes the conception of natural gas culture construction of enterprise during the'13th Fiveyear Plan'period, points out the general thinking and objective of natural gas culture construction and contents to be promoted mainly, puts forward high emphasis on and strong organization of overall cultural structure implementation and establishment, the assessment and evaluation mechanism for talents team cultivation and culture construction perfection and provides four measures for natural gas culture construction.
