方家山核电工程安全生标准化建设及运用

摘要 在核电工程领域,因项目建设周期长,技术要求高,涉及的专业广,接口复杂,不确定因素多,相应的安全管控难度加大。创建安全生产标准化是建立良好施工环境,确保核电工程安全有序推进的有效保障。文章重点论述了方家山核电工程安全生产标准化建设工作的实践经验以及对标过程中发现的典型问题和整改措施,分析了标准化成果实践运用的成效,提出了标化巩固和后续长效机制建设的相关建议,以期为核电工程项目安全标准化创建及持续提升提供良好借鉴。 In the field of nuclear power engineering, due to the long project construction cycle, high technical requirements, wide professional field involved, complex Interface and many uncertain factors, the difficulty of safety control is Increased correspondingly. It also puts forward correlated suggestions for standardization achievement consolidation and further long-term mechanism construction, so as to offer a good reference to the safety standardization construction and continued improvement for nuclear power project.
