摘要 文章针对EPC模式下进度管理的各级进度计划进行了介绍,分析了核电工程EPC模式下进度管理的难点,从进度目标体系及目标的分解、设计滞后、图纸审查及工程/设计变更管理、设备材料采购、进度计划在实施中的检查分析、执行力方面、质量保证方面、施工接口方面、施工方案的审查、施工先决条件准备方面、信息沟通与交流等方面提出了重点关注的十大进度管理难点,有针对性地提出了解决难点问题的措施和意见,突出了进度管理的经验反馈工作,正确执行相应的整改措施,有效推进EPC模式核电工程的施工进度,同时,经验的总结可提升EPC模式下核电工程的管理水平。 This paper introduces the management at all levels of the project schedule in EPC mode, analyzes the difficulties of schedule management of nuclear power project in EPC mode, from the progress target system and the target decomposition, design, review of drawings and the lag of engineering/design change management, equipment and materials procurement, progress in the implementation of the inspection and analysis, puts forward the ten schedule management which focus on the executive ability, quality assurance, construction interface, , construction plan review, construction prerequisite preparations, the communication and information exchange, and puts forward measures and suggestions to solve the problems. The schedule management experience feedback, and the correct implementation of the corresponding corrective measures can effectively promote the construction schedule of nuclear power project in EPC mode at the same time, and the experience can improve nuclear power project management level on the EPC mode.
