摘要 在工程项目建设过程中,组织协调是管理的核心职能,它作为一种管理方法贯穿于整个项目管理过程。文章以方家山核电工程为例,阐述业主在"六同"理念的引导下,通过有效的组织协调构建协同办公的工作机制,建立完备畅通的沟通体系,使管理意图在整个工程建设中得到良好的实施,与工程参建各方形成合力推进方家山核电工程的各项建设目标顺利实现。 During the construction of a project, organization and coordination can be regarded as the core function of management. As a management approach, it runs through the entire process of the project management. In this article, we take Fangjiashan Nuclear Power Project as an example to set forth the effect of the "Six Same" concept. Under the guidance of this concept, by executing effective organization and coordination, the owners successfully build a cooperative working mechanism, establishing a complete and smooth communication system, and making the management intent get a good implementation in the whole project construction. Cooperating with all participants in this construction, people work together to promote the implementation of Fangjiashan Nuclear Power Project and smoothly attain the project objectives.
