摘要
核电汽轮机转子弯曲和严重超速、轴系断裂事故一样,是发电厂重大恶性事故。防止发生汽轮机转子弯曲事件是核电厂运行维护的重要工作。文章系统分析了核电汽轮机转子发生永久性弯曲的机理、引起转子弯曲的原因,并从管理、系统、操作等方面提出了防止汽轮机转子发生永久性弯曲的措施。
Steam turbine rotor bending is a major severe accident of nuclear power plant just like over-speed and shaft rupture. Preventing the occurrence of steam turbine rotor bending event is an important work for nuclear power plant operation and maintenance.This paper analyses the mechanism of permanent bending about nuclear steam turbine rotor and reason to cause rotor bending, and puts forward measures from points of management, system and operation and so on to avoid permanent bending of the aeam turbine rotor.
