摘要
青奥会开幕式及其前期南京市处于扩散条件差、大气污染物易积累的大气环境,通过空气质量保障管控措施的执行,工业大气污染物排放降低显著,环境空气质量得到有效改善。对比14日,应急保障管控方案实施期(15日至16日)废气、SO_2、NO_x、烟尘日均排放总量分别下降了14.62%、27.11%、24.04%和23.08%。开幕式前期NO、SO_2、CO积累明显,浓度逐渐上升,应急保障管控方案启动后大气环境中NO、SO_2、CO浓度降低,其污染控制效果明显。大气中NO_x污染控制效果迟缓,可能是由于社会活动强度降低的控制效果较差。开幕式及其前期,颗粒物发生长时间累积,颗粒物污染主要是受二次污染影响。
Atmospheric environment in Nanjing was not good around the time when the Youth Olympic Games(YOG)opened- air diffusion condition was poor and air pollutants easily accumulated. However,owing to the implementation of air quality guarantee control measures the emission of industrial air pollutants declined significantly;therefore,the air quality was effectively improved. Compared with the situation on August 14 th, the day before the control measure came into effect,when concentrations of NO,SO_2 and CO went up due to pollutants accumulation,the total amount of average daily of emissions in terms of exhaust gas, SO_2,NO_x and dust were decreased by 14.62%, 27.11%, 24.04% and 23.08%,respectively,on 15 and 16 of August. After that,the concentrations of NO,SO_2 and CO dropped off notably except for NOx probably because of the minor effects of controlling social activities. During the time of the YOG,pollution of particulates remained,which was mainly from the secondary pollution due to the continual particulate matter accumulation in the City.
