肢体缺血预处理对大鼠脑缺血后海马的保护作用机制研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 缺血性脑血管疾病时海马损伤最为严重,肢体缺血预处理可以积极地缓解脑缺血引起的海马损伤,主要通过抑制自由基毒性、抑制炎症反应、介导信号传导通路、诱导基因表达等机制发挥保护作用,亦能通过促进热休克蛋白Hsp70表达和干细胞的增殖,以及激活阿片受体和线粒体ATP敏感性钾通道减轻海马损伤。
