摘要
目的分析抚州市城区社区卫生服务机构人力资源变化及对工作绩效的影响。方法选择抚州市城区卫生服务机构,分别对2012、2013、2014年工作人员学历构成、职称构成、工作时间等因素进行调查,分析工作绩效并进行相关性分析。结果 2012—2014年工作人员学历构成有显著差异(χ^2=18.63,P〈0.05)且平均绩效有显著性升高(P〈0.05)。各年份工作人员职称构成及工作年限构成未见显著差异(χ^2=5.692,6.108,P〉0.05)。平均绩效与学历构成呈显著正相关(P〈0.05),职称构成、工作年限与平均绩效未见显著相关性(P〉0.05)。结论抚州市城区社区卫生服务机构人力资源变化与工作绩效存在一定相关性,主要表现在学历水平的变化与工作绩效呈正相关。
Objective To analyze the effects of human resources change in Fuzhou city urban community health service and job performance.Methods Human resources of health service agencies in 2012,2013,2014 were investigated and divided according to degree structure,title structure,work time,performance analysis and correlation analysis were also studied.Results From2012 to 2014 staff degree constitute showed significant differences(χ^2=18.63,P〈0.05)and average performance was significantly higher(P〈0.05).The staff title constitute and work time showed no significant difference(χ^2=5.692,6.108,P〈0.05).Average performance and education showed significant positive correlation(P〈0.05),the title composition,working years and the average performance showed no significant correlation(P〉0.05).Conclusion Human resource changes of urban community health service organization have certain correlation with job performance,especially in the changes of the degree and job performance are related.
