庆阳市地方病项目档案管理中存在的问题及对策

Existing problems and solutions in the management system of files of endemic disease projects in Qingyang

目的掌握地方病防治项目业务档案管理水平,做好地方病防治项目档案管理,建立健全规章制度,提高数字化、信息化管理和基础设施建设。方法地方病防治工作督导、检查、考核、评估、验收、查阅资料归档管理。结果庆阳市地方病防治工作归档资料的完整性、准确性不足,档案管理制度化、程序化、标准化欠缺,现代化管理手段滞后。结论应加强档案管理重要性的认识,强基固本,加大基础设施投入,落实责任,制定各项规章制度,不断提高数字化,信息化管理水平。以便为后续地方病防治、科研工作中查阅、借鉴和总结提供重要依据。

Objective To understand the management quality of files of endemic disease projects and to establish sound rules and regulations,improve digitalized and informatized management and to construct basic infrastructures for better management.Methods Projects to prevent endemic diseases were supervised,inspected,assessed,evaluated and checked;reference materials were used to manage and file the collected data.Results The file management system of endemic disease projects in Qingyang still lacked completeness and accuracy.It did not have clear regulations,systems or standards either,and lagged behind in terms of modern management strategies.Conclusion The importance of file management should be understood.Measures including increase in infrastructure investment,assigning clear duties and responsibilities,implementing rules and regulations,constantly improving the level of digitalization and informatization,should be implemented,so as to provide complete reference materials to prevent and control endemic diseases in the future.
