子宫瘢痕憩室的诊治进展 被引量：10

摘要 子宫瘢痕憩室是剖宫产术后并发症之一,常引起子宫异常出血、盆腔疼痛、继发性不孕,甚至剖宫产瘢痕妊娠,严重影响患者生活质量。发病机制尚不清楚,手术治疗方案存在争议,需要更多的大型临床实验研究探讨,本文就其发病影响因素、诊断方法及治疗进展加以阐述。 PCSD was one of the complications after cesarean section,which often cause abnormal uterine bleeding,pelvic pain,secondary infertility.Even cesarean scar pregnancy,affect the patients quality of life seriously.It is unclear of pathogenesis and controversial of surgical treatment.More large clinical trials research will be done.In this paper,the influence factors,diagnosis and treatment progress review report.
