摘要 针对主电路形式为晶闸管三相桥式半控整流的模拟控制式埋弧焊设备,设计一套基于STM32的双单片机控制系统进行数字化改造。该系统包括电源控制系统和过程控制系统,两个系统之间采用串行异步通讯方式,实现命令和参数交换。采用不同PI控制算法实现焊接电源多种外特性输出,满足埋弧焊、焊条电弧焊、气体保护焊、碳弧气刨工艺需要。设计两个PI控制器构成的双闭环控制系统分别对送丝电机电枢电压反馈和电弧电压反馈对送丝速度进行调节,设计PI单闭环控制对小车驱动电机进行控制。试验表明,改造后的焊机用途拓宽,人机界面丰富,引弧、焊接、收弧的稳定性和可靠性均大幅提升,具有很好的实用价值。 This paper introduces a design of applying a double MCU control system based on STM32 single chip to the digital upgrade of simulation control submerged arc welding equipment with a semi-controlled three-phase bridge rectifier circuit. This design includes two systems, the power control system and the process control system. The two systems communicate in serial asynchronous way to exchange commands and parameters. This design adopts different PI control algorithms to output a variety of characteristic welding power to satisfy the process requirements of SAW,SMAW, GMAW and CAC. This paper designs a double closed-loop control systems consisting of two PI controllers which provide feedback of wire feed motor armature voltage and electric arc voltage for wire feed speed adjustment. It also designs a PI single closed-loop control system to control the car-driven motor. Experiments show that the proposed welder with friendly interfaces has improved significantly in stability and reliability of arc strikes, welding process and arc blowout.
