摘要
根据气动凿岩机理论计算给出了其性能参数和工作压力函数关系和相关系数,并采用应力波法对三种气动凿岩机进行了不同工作压力下的冲击性能试验测定,试验结果和理论计算符合得很好。气动凿岩机性能参数和工作压力的相关系数可由结构参数计算给出,亦可根据一给定工作压力的测试结果拟合确定。
According as the theory calculation of pneumatic rock drill, the function and relational coefficient of performance parameter with operating pressure has been given and by means of stress wave method the percussive per-formance parameter of three types of pneumatic rock drill has been tested for various operating pressure,the test result accord perfectly with theory calculation. The relational coefficient of performance parameter with operating pressure is able to be given after design parameter also can be determined by the test result of a given operating pressure.
