摘要
为了使表贴式永磁同步电动机稳定运行,采用磁极偏移的方法对电动机齿槽转矩进行削弱。利用ANSYS Maxwell 2D的参数变量化设计优化方法,确定最佳偏移角度,使齿槽转矩降低至最优值。为永磁同步电动机齿槽转矩的削弱提供了一种可靠准确的方法。样机试验证明,所述方法能有效减小电机齿槽转矩。该文提出的方法具有理论与工程实践意义。
In order to make the mounting permanent magnet synchronous motor running smoothly,the method of the pole shift was used to reduce cogging torque of this motor. The pole shift angle was scanned based on ANSYS Maxwell 2D,the best offset angle was got,and then the cogging torque can be reduced to an ideal value. The prototype test shows that the method can effectively reduce the cogging torque. This paper provides a reliable method to reduce the cogging torque of permanent magnet synchronous motor. The method proposed in this paper has the theoretical and practical significance.
