摘要 混合励磁磁通切换电机是一种新型可调磁的交流无刷电机,为拓宽气隙磁场范围而引入的导磁磁桥给电感参数计算及电机建模增加了不确定因素。分别在定子坐标系和旋转坐标系下搭建了电机模型,探讨励磁电流和电枢电流变化对电感特性的影响规律。依据电感曲线对电枢反应敏感性的差异,采用二维拟合与分段双三次多项式拟合相结合的方法构造了电感与多重激励电流的曲面方程,并据此搭建了MATLAB/Simulink仿真模型。有限元仿真与实验结果验证了分析方法的正确性和有效性,为进一步研究该类电机奠定了一定的理论基础。 Flux- switching hybrid excitation machine( FSHM) is an interesting brushless machine with the superiority of field adjustable. The additional magnetic bridge to amplify the effect of dc field flux on PM flux has added a new element of uncertainty to the inductance calculation and machine modeling. Firstly,the mathematical models both in stator coordinate and oriented coordinate were built respectively,and the influence of fielding current and armature current on inductance was also investigated. Based on the differences in inductance sensitivity to armature reaction,the expressions of inductance surfaces were gained with a combination of two dimensional curves and bicubic polynomials,hereby,the simulation models based on MATLAB / Simulink were set up. The finite element analysis and the experimental results demonstrate the correctness of the proposed analyze method,which lay a foundation for the further research on this kind machine.
