开关磁阻电动机自优化控制系统研究

摘要 为了减小开关磁阻电动机的起动转矩和电流,采用控制开通角和关断角的方式来对起动时的电流和转矩进行自优化。以四相8/6极开关磁阻电动机为研究对象,通过对起动阶段的电流连续检测,建立了一组电流优化下的开通角;通过对起动阶段的转矩连续检测,建立了一组转矩优化下的关断角。最后根据电机的运行状态,在MATLAB仿真环境下建立模型,自动对开通角和关断角进行控制来实现对电流和转矩幅值的自动优化。仿真结果表明自优化下的电流和转矩幅值得到了优化,系统动静态性能良好。 In order to reduce the starting torque and current of switched reluctance motor( SRM),the self- optimization of starting torque and current was realized by controlling turn- on angle and turn- off angle. In the study of four- phase 8 /6 poles SRM,a group of turn- on angles with the optimized current were gained through detecting continuously the current at start- up; a group of turn- on angles with the optimized torque were gained through detecting continuously the torque at start- up. According to the motor running status,the model was established in MATLAB and the turn- on angle and turn- off angle were automatically controlled to optimize current and torque. The simulation result shows that the current and torque amplitude under the self- optimization is optimized and the dynamic and static performance of the system is good.
