摘要
介绍了一种稳速无刷直流电动机系统方案,给出了无刷直流电动机和电机驱动设计,对以专用电机控制芯片实现锁相环(PLL)稳速控制的无刷直流电动机控制驱动系统进行了详细分析。该方案具有可靠性好、成本控制好的优点,并通过试验验证了设计方案的可行性及合理性。
A steady- speed BLDC motor system was described. The design of the BLDC motor and its driver was given. The steady speed control based on PLL using special purpose chip was analyzed in detail. The scheme has good reliability and good cost control. Experiments prove the feasibility and rationality of this scheme.
