摘要
为满足市场需求,天铁研制开发了P110钢级石油套管用26CrMo4圆管坯。天铁采取全程工艺控制,严格控制化学成分,LF炉加VD炉精炼,使产品的五害元素、气体含量均达到了设计要求。生产出的26CrMo4圆管坯经成分分析、低倍分析和力学性能检验,均能够达到标准要求,满足用户需求。
In order to meet the requirement by the market,Tiantie developed 26CrMo4 round billet for P110 grade oil casing application.Adopting full process control,strictly controlling chemical composition and utilizing LF and VD refining,the content of five detrimental elements and gas content all reached design requirements.The produced 26CrMo4 round billet reached the requirement by the standard in composition analysis,microstructure analysis and mechanical property inspection and the customer＇s demands were met.
