摘要
针对天铁棒线厂螺杆空压机在运行过程中主机和排气温度高、电机热故障和压缩空气含油、含水量大等问题,通过定期清理油冷却器、提高水质等改造措施,对空气压缩机故障的判断、处理和预防起到了良好效果,保证了设备安全长周期运行。
Aiming at the problems of high temperature at main engine and exhaust,motor thermal fault and big content of oil and water in compressed air during the running of screw rod air compressor at Tiantie Bar Rolling Mill,measures were taken of periodically cleaning oil cooler and improving water quality,obtaining good results for the judgment,treatment and prevention of air compressor fault.The safe and long term running of the equipment was ensured.
