针对铁水称量车称量压头整体移位,影响使用寿命的问题,通过优化改造称量部件、马鞍座、驱动部件及防护措施,提高了工作效率,降低了设备故障率,节约了设备成本和维修成本,延长了铁水称量车的使用寿命。
The load cells of hot metal weighing car shifted their positions as a whole,which affected their service life.By optimizing and modifying weighing parts,saddle,drive parts and protection measures,working efficiency was improved and equipment fault rate lowered.Equipment cost and maintenance cost were saved.The service life of hot metal weighing car was prolonged.
