针对高炉煤气干法除尘系统中布袋频繁破损问题,通过优化干法除尘工艺操作、控制荒煤气进箱温度、严格控制除尘器内过滤气速、改善日常维护管理等措施,将布袋使用寿命由12个月延长至18个月,降低了材料消耗,提高了干法除尘的安全性。

In order to solve the problem of frequent damage of filter bag in BF gas dry dedusting system,measures were taken of optimizing dry dedusting process,controlling the entry temperature of raw gas,strictly controlling filtering gas speed in dedusting system and improving routine maintenance management to prolong bag service life from 12 months to 18 months.Material consumption was reduced and the safety of dry dedusting system lifted.
