摘要 针对高速线材吐丝机常出现的吐大小圈、吐丝甩尾、吐丝机振动大等问题,分析其产生的原因,通过加强吐丝管日常维护、合理控制料型及张力、合理设定吐丝机和夹送辊的参数等措施,提高了设备使用寿命,降低了生产成本,提高了经济效益,保证了轧线的正常生产。 In order to tackle with the problems of big and small rings formation,flipping and big vibration at laying head at high speed wire rod rolling,measures were taken of enhancing the routine maintenance of laying pipe,rationally controlling stock profile and tension and setting parameters for laying head and pinch roll.The service life of the equipment was prolonged with reduced production cost.Economic benefits were improved and the normal production of rolling line was ensured.
