摘要
为湖北烟区白肋烟种植的科学布局和烟叶原料的合理利用提供依据,采用灰色关联聚类和决策分析方法,对湖北6个不同产区主栽白肋烟与美国白肋烟烟叶(C3F等级)的8个化学成分指标进行研究。结果表明:湖北主栽的白肋烟和美国白肋烟被聚为2类,第Ⅰ类有鹤峰、建始、巴东、长阳、五峰和美国的白肋烟,第Ⅱ类仅有恩施的白肋烟。各类群的8项化学指标中烟碱、氯和氮碱比等3项在类群间的差异达极显著水平,钾氯比达显著水平。采用灰色关联决策分析方法进行综合评价显示,湖北与美国白肋烟烟叶化学成分灰色关联决策值高,除恩施(0.759 7)外,其他都在0.8以上。
Eight chemical composition indexes of burley tobacco leaves(C3F)from 6 different producing burley tobacco counties in Hubei and USA were analyzed by grey correlation clustering analysis and decision analysis to provide the scientific basis for scientific distribution in burley tobacco cultivation and rational utilization of tobacco material.Results:The burley tobacco from six producing burley tobacco areas of Hubei and burley tobacco from USA are divided into 2groups by clustering analysis.Burley tobacco from Hefeng,Jianshi,Badong,Changyang,Wufeng Counties and USA belongs to group Ⅰand group Ⅱ has burley tobacco from Enshi County only.There is very significant difference in nicotine,chlorine and nitrogen-nicotine ratio and is significant difference in potassium-chlorine ratio between two groups.The integrated evaluation of grey correlation decision analysis indicates that the grey correlation decision value of chemical composition in burley tobacco from Hubei and USA is more than 0.8except for burley tobacco from Enshi County(0.759 7).
