摘要
为菲牛蛭的资源保护及人工养殖提供参考,采用酶学分析方法对菲牛蛭不同生长阶段幼体Ⅰ组(0.21±0.01)g、亚成体Ⅱ组(1.98±0.06)g和成体Ⅲ组(7.49±0.47)g、Ⅳ组(12.96±0.55)g及摄食前后消化酶活性的特征进行研究。结果表明:1)Ⅱ组胰蛋白酶活力最强,显著高于Ⅰ组(幼体)、Ⅳ组,与Ⅲ组间差异不显著。Ⅰ-Ⅳ组的胃蛋白酶活力逐渐增高,其中Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组间差异不显著,其活力均显著高于Ⅰ组;各组均未能检测到脂肪酶活性。2)各组菲牛蛭摄食后胰蛋白酶活性均表现为先急剧下降,在摄食后1d显著上升,到达峰值,而后下降;摄食后胃蛋白酶活性迅速增强,1d后到达峰值,摄食后2-3d急剧下降,而后缓慢下降。
The digestive enzyme activity of larva group Ⅰ(0.21±0.01)g,sub-adult group Ⅱ(1.98±0.06)g,adult group Ⅲ(7.49±0.47)g and adult group Ⅳ(12.96±0.55)g was analyzed before and after feeding to provide a reference for resources protection and artificial breeding of Hirudinaria manillensis.Results:1)the tryspin activity of group Ⅱ is significantly higher than group Ⅰand group Ⅳ and no significant difference with group Ⅲ.The pepsin activity is group Ⅳ 〉group Ⅲ 〉group Ⅱ 〉groupⅠ.There is no significant difference in pepsin activity between group Ⅲ and group Ⅳ but the pepsin activity of group Ⅲ and group Ⅳ is higher than group Ⅰ significantly.The lipase activity is not detected in 4tested groups.2)The trypsin activity of 4tested groups after feeding decreases rapidly first,significantly rises after 1d,and then reaches the peak and finally declines.The pepsin activity of Hirudinaria manillensis after feeding increases rapidly,reaches the peak after 1d,decreases rapidly after 2-3dand then declines very slowly.
