摘要
为芒果果实生长期水分管理及芒果采后贮藏保鲜提供理论依据,采用田间试验方法,研究不同土壤含水量对采后芒果果实可食率、可溶性糖和果实失水率等采后品质的影响。结果表明:可溶性固形物含量在后熟阶段呈倒V型变化,处理A均低于其他处理,果实完熟时处理C显著高于处理A;可溶性糖含量在后熟阶段各处理逐渐上升,果实完熟时处理B显著高于处理E;后熟阶段各处理淀粉含量逐渐下降,果实完熟时处理A淀粉含量最高;可滴定酸含量后熟阶段逐渐下降,果实完熟时处理A^E较CK增长幅度分别为13.89%、11.80%、27.39%、14.91%和32.38%;后熟阶段VC含量逐渐下降,完熟时各处理VC含量高于CK,以处理C增幅最大;随着果实完熟,CK可溶性蛋白含量逐渐增加,处理A^E呈先升高后趋于平缓的变化趋势;处理A^D果实失水率大于CK,处理E低于CK,处理A与CK果实失水率达极显著差异;果实可食率处理A低于CK,其他处理高于CK,但差异不显著。
To provide a theoretical basis for the water management of mango fruit growth period and postharvest storage of mango of mango,By field experiment,studying on the effects of the different soil water content on postharvest mango fruit edible rate,soluble sugar,fruit water loss rate etc.The results showed that,at the stage of fruit ripening,the soluble solids content changed in inverted V type.A treatment soluble solids content was lower than other treatments,when fruit ripped,soluble solids content of A treatment was significantly lower than that of C treatment;While the soluble sugar content increased gradually,soluble sugar content of B treatment was significantly higher than that of E treatment;Starch content gradually reduced,in the fully mature period,starch content of A treatment was the highest.At the stage of fruit ripening,the titratable acid content gradually decreased.Compared with CK,when fruit full ripeness,A-E treatments titratable acid increased by respectively 13.89%,11.80%,27.39%,14.91% and 32.38%.At the stage of fruit ripening,VCcontent gradually decreased,when the full ripeness,other treatments VCcontent were higher than that of CK,C treatment was the largest.With fruit full ripeness,CK soluble protein increased gradually,A-E treatments first increased and then became flat.A-D treatments fruit water loss rate was greater than CK,E treatment was lower than that of CK,A treatment and CK fruit water loss rate reached a very significant difference.A treatment fruit edible rate was lower than CK,the other treatment was higher than that of CK,but the difference was not significant.
