3种小龙胆组植物的数码显微结构 被引量:2

摘要 为准确鉴别草甸龙胆(Gentiana praticola)、灰绿龙胆(G.yokusai)和四川龙胆(G.sutchuenensis)组植物,用石蜡组织切片法及徒手切片法,对3种植物根茎叶显微结构进行研究。结果表明:根:草甸龙胆木质部横切面占比小,灰绿龙胆木质部横切面占比大,四川龙胆木质部横切面占比较大。茎:草甸龙胆乳突较大,皮层宽广,内皮层明显,无纤维束,髓部细胞小,排列较密;灰绿龙胆乳突细小,较密,皮层较宽,具韧皮纤维束及髓部纤维束,髓部细胞较小;四川龙胆乳突细小,稀疏,皮层较窄,具韧皮纤维束,髓部细胞较大。3种龙胆叶横切面结构无明显差异。结论:根据显微结构特征可以区分这3种龙胆。 To compare the microstructure differences among Gentiana praticola,G.yokusai and G.sutchuenensis,histologic section and freehand section methods were employed to study the microstructure of roots,stems and leaves from the three species.The results of transverse sections from the roots showed that,G.praticola was characterized mainly by smaller ratio of xylem than the G.yokusai and G.sutchuenensis.The results of transverse sections from stems showed that,G.praticola was characterized mainly by bigger mastoid process,wide cortex,obvious endodermis,missing fibre bundle and small dense medulla cells.G.yokusai was characterized mainly by small dense mastoid process,wide cortex,fibre bundles in the phloem and medulla and small medulla cells.G.sutchuenensis was characterized mainly by small sparse mastoid process,narrow cortex,phloem fibre bundles and large medulla cells.The results of transverse sections from leaves showed that,there were no microstructure differences among the three Gentiana species.Thus,the three Gentiana species could be distinguished from each other by their microstructures.
