赤霉素对冬季迟缓期艾纳香生长和有效成分含量的影响 被引量:8

摘要 为研究赤霉素对冬季迟缓期艾纳香生长和有效成分含量的影响,以一年生艾纳香种子苗为实验材料,在冬季艾纳香生长迟缓期喷施3次赤霉素,测定艾纳香的株高、地径、叶长、叶宽、叶干重、叶片总黄酮含量和叶片中l-龙脑含量。结果表明:赤霉素可显著促进艾纳香生长,提高生长指标和叶干重,其中,1mg/L和10mg/L赤霉素的效果最明显。赤霉素可不同程度地抑制艾纳香叶片中总黄酮相对含量的积累,但不同浓度的赤霉素极显著地促进了总黄酮绝对含量的增加,1mg/L赤霉素处理下的总黄酮绝对含量分别是10mg/L、100mg/L和空白处理的1.78倍,2.54倍和4.69倍。赤霉素显著抑制了l-龙脑的积累,但可促进其绝对含量的增加;1mg/L赤霉素处理的艾纳香叶片中l-龙脑绝对含量最高,分别是100mg/L和CK处理的1.57倍和3.67倍。结论:在冬季艾纳香生长迟缓期施加赤霉素可以显著促进艾纳香生长和增加叶干重,提高总黄酮和l-龙脑的绝对含量。 To investigate the effect of gibberellin on growth and contents of effective constituents in B.balsamiferain slow growth period of winter,The seedlings of one-year-old B.balsamifera were applied with gibberellin in slow growth period of winter for three times.The height,ground diameter,length of leaf,width of leaf and leaf biomasses were measured.Then,the relative contents of total flavones and lborneol in leaves of B.balsamifera were determined.Results:Gibberellin significantly enhanced the growth of B.balsamifera,and increased growth indexes and leaf biomass.The effect of 1 mg/L and 10 mg/L gibberellin was so obvious.The different concentration of gibberellin inhibited the accumulation of relative contents of total flavones in different degrees.However,gibberellin significantly increased the absolute contents of total flavones in leaves.The absolute contents of total flavones were highest under 1 mg/L gibberellin treatment,which were 1.78,2.54 and 4.69 times than that under 10 mg/L,100 mg/L gibberellin treatment and CK.The gibberellin significantly inhibited the accumulation of l-borneol relative contents and improved its accumulation of absolute contents.The absolute contents of l-borneol under1mg/L gibberellin were the highest,which were 1.57 and 3.67 times than that under 100 mg/L gibberellin treatment and CK.Therefore,the gibberellin could significantly promote the growth and the accumulation of leaves,as well as the absolute contents of total flavones and l-borneol in B.balsamiferain slow growth period of winter.
