摘要
为提高农村金融效率水平,促进农村金融发展提供参考,以江西省为例,运用数据包络分析法测算2003—2013年江西省农村金融效率,并比较其地区差异。结果表明:江西省农村金融效率总体水平不高,且在样本期间呈下降趋势,不同经济发展程度城市的农村金融效率差异显著,但这一差异随着时间的推移逐渐缩小。技术进步水平和技术效率的下降是农村金融效率降低的主要原因,应通过加强金融人才队伍建设和先进管理技术的应用,并不断完善现有金融组织改革,提高农村金融技术水平,进而提升农村金融效率。
The rural finance efficiency in Jiangxi during 2003-2013 was calculated by data envelopment analysis and then the difference in rural finance efficiency among different regions in Jiangxi to improve the level of rural finance efficiency and promote development of rural finance.Results：The rural finance efficiency in Jiangxi Province with low overall level presents a declining trend.There are significant differences in rural finance efficiency among different cities with different economic development level but the difference degree gradually reduces with time passing.The decline of technical progress level and technical efficiency is the main cause of reducing rural finance efficiency.The rural finance efficiency should be promoted by using the measures of strengthening finance talent team construction and advanced management technological application,perfecting reform of present finance organization and improving rural finance technical level.
