摘要
在以企业需求为导向、加大实践教学投入、完善教学考核方式等思想的指导下,基于层次分析法(AHP)构建了高职物流管理实践教学评价体系。该体系由教学理念、教学投入、教学内容、教学团队和教学结果 5个一级指标和19个二级指标组成,一级指标的相对重要性排序为教学内容>教学团队>教学投入>教学结果 >教学理念。体系体现了实践教学评价的系统性和科学性,结合了定性和定量考核的方法,具有简单、易操作的特点。
Under the guidance of thoughts of taking enterprise demand as the orientation, enhancing the investment in practice teaching and improving teaching appraisal ways, this paper constructs the practice teaching evaluation system of higher vocational Logistics Management major based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). This system consists of five primary indexes including teaching concept, teaching input, teaching contents, teaching team and teaching results and nineteen secondary indexes. The rank of relative importance of primary indexes is teaching contents 〉 teaching team 〉 teaching inputs 〉 teaching results 〉 teaching concept. The system embodies the systematic and scientific advantages of practice teaching evaluation, combined with qualitative and quantitative appraisal methods, and has the characteristics of being simple and easy to operate.
