摘要
采用膜集成技术从栀子果实中提取栀子黄色素。结果发现:采用50nm陶瓷膜对栀子果实提取液进行过滤除杂,通量比较稳定,达到253L/m2·h。陶瓷膜清液澄清透明。后采用3000Da分子量超滤膜进行色素和栀子苷的分离纯化,在浓缩倍数14,添加4倍洗水条件下,可使溶液中OD值降到0.24。最后采用纳滤膜对纯化后的栀子黄色素进行浓缩10倍,可使冷冻干燥后的栀子黄色素色价可达到402,OD值小于0.24,达到出口国际水平标准。
Extraction of gardenia yellow pigment from gardenia fruits by using membrane integration technology. The results showed: it was suitable to use ceramic membrane with pore size of 50 nm to clarify gardenia fruit extract,which permeate flux was more stable and up to 253L/m^2·h. Then, 3000 Da ultrafiltration membrane was used to separate gardenia yellow pigment from gardenia, which OD value was reduced to 0.24 under the condition of volume concentration factor 14 and adding 4 times washing. Last step was to use nanofiltration membrane to concentrate purified gardenia yellow pigment, which freeze dried gardenia yellow pigment value reached 402. while OD value below 0.24 after concentrated by 10 times, and the product attained to international standard.
