摘要 多糖是海藻中重要的生物活性组分之一,海藻多糖具有抗氧化、提高机体免疫力、抗炎和抗肿瘤等重要的生物学功能,受到了人们的广泛关注。本文介绍了海藻多糖的提取和纯化方法及活性功能方面的新进展,以期促进海藻多糖的进一步开发利用。 Polysaccharide is one of the important bioactive components in sea algae, which caused widespread concern of people for their biological functions including anti-oxidation, anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor and improving immunity, and so on. The extraction and purification methods of sea algae polysaccharides were introduced in this paper, and the recent research progress on active function of sea algae polysaccharides were also elaborated, in order to promote exploitation and utilization of sea algae polysaccharides.
