品管圈在降低婴幼儿留置针所致皮肤压痕中的应用

Application of quality control circle in reducing the child skin indentation caused by indwelling needle

目的探讨品管圈活动在婴幼儿留置针所致皮肤压痕预防护理中的应用。方法选取我院儿科应用留置针输液的257例患儿为研究对象,随机分为对照组126例和观察组131例,对照组执行常规留置针穿刺操作流程,观察组成立品管圈小组,找出压痕发生原因进行改善,观察两组患儿留置针所致皮肤压痕情况及QCC实施前后小组成员成长情况。结果观察组婴幼儿患者留置针所致皮肤压痕发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.001),圈员整体素质较前也有显著地提高(P<0.05)。结论品管圈护理模式有利于降低婴幼儿留置针所致皮肤压痕发生率和提高护理人员参与自我管理的意识和解决问题的能力,该护理模式值得在临床推广和应用。

Objective To explore the application of quality control circle（QCC）in child preventive care of skin indentation caused by indwelling needle.Methods We selected 257 cases with IV using indwelling needle from the department of pediatrics in the hospital,and randomly divided them into the control group of 126 cases and observation group of 131 cases.For the control group we performed routine indwelling needle operation,while for the observation group,we set up quality control circle group,and found out the indentation causes to improve.Then we observed the skin indentation caused by indwelling needles of both groups and growth situation of QCC members before and after the building of the QCC team.Results The incidence of skin indentation caused by indwelling needles of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.001）,and the competence of QCC members improved significantly（P〈0.05）.Conclusion QCC care model is beneficial to reducing the incidence of child skin indentation caused by indwelling needles and improving the awareness of self-management and the competence of solving problems of nursing staff,so it is worth promotion and application in clinical nursing.
