基于切割放张法的快速更换拉索技术研究

Research on Stayed Cables Quick-replacing Technique Based on Cutting Pay-off Method

斜拉索旧索更换、拆除过程中,往往会遇到锚具表面螺纹已经产生锈蚀或锚圈加工匹配精度误差过大从而导致锚圈不能顺利取下和索力放张时间较长的情况。以往采取用除锈剂和焊加力杆的方法费时费力,而采用切割张拉端锚圈和拉杆放张的方法可解决上述问题。该切割放张法简单易行,效果明显,可大大提高换索效率。

During replacement and removal of old stayed cables,the situations that corrosion has occurred to surface threads of anchorage devices or excessive error of matching accuracy in processing of anchor heads causes difficulty in smooth removal of anchor heads and longer pay- off time of cables will be usually encountered. In the past the methods of using rust remover and welding loaded rods are time and effort consuming,while adoption of the method of cutting anchor heads at stretching end and pay- off of tie rods can solve the above problems. The cutting pay- off method is simple and practicable with obvious effect and can improve cable replacing efficiency greatly.
