摘要
隧道交通事故的救援工作应做到及时、有效、快速。为了提高隧道交通事故应急救援效率,对隧道交通事故救援各个阶段影响应急救援速度的因素进行分析,并以模拟广东省汕昆高速公路龙英段金门隧道事故应急救援为例,估算应急救援力量到达最快时间,分析隧道长度对救援力量到达时间的影响。分析结果表明,合理的救援力量布局对提升救援速度具有至关重要的作用。
The rescue work for tunnel traffic accidents shall be prompt,effective and quick. In order to improve the efficiency of emergency rescue for tunnel traffic accidents,this paper analyzes the factors that influence the speed of emergency rescue at various stages of rescue for tunnel traffic accidents,and estimates the fastest time that the emergency rescue arrive and analyzes the influence of tunnel length on arrival time of rescue. The results of analysis show that reasonable scheme of rescue plays a critical role for improvement of rescue speed.
