基于人文素质教育提升高职学生职业能力的有效途径研究——以湖南邮电职业技术学院为例

Research on Effective Approaches of Enhancing Vocational Ability Based on Humanistic Quality Education in Higher Vocational Colleges——take Hunan Post and Telecommunication College as an example

高职教育作为培养技术人才的重要摇篮,面向市场化的特点非常的突出,很大程度受到市场的影响,但是,市场需求的不仅仅是专业技能,越来越多的企业对于人的综合能力,包括人文素质提出了要求,因此,高校应该也必须建立与市场和社会相适应的人才培养模式。在这种情形下,挖掘人文素质培养在高校的培养途径,帮助面向社会的人才树立正确的人生观、价值观、世界观势在必行。文章重点探讨了高职院校如何通过加强人文素质教育培养,使学生们能够在进入社会时,有较高的综合能力,并不断通过自身的努力与提高,实现社会与自我的价值。

As an important cradle of training technical personnel, higher vocational education is prominently market-oriented,which greatly influenced by the market. But the market needs more than professional skills. More and more enterprises require people＇s comprehensive capabilities, including humanistic quality. Therefore, colleges and universities should also set up the model of talent cultivation suitable for the market and society. In this case, it is necessary to develop the cultivation approaches of humanistic quality in higher education, and help talents establish a correct outlook on life, values and world outlook. This paper focuses on how colleges and universities cultivate the students＇ great comprehensive ability when students enter into the society by strengthening the cultivation of humanistic quality education, and how students realize social and self-value by hard-working.
