摘要
【目的】探讨血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)在健康体检人群中的分布。【方法】选择健康体检的人群32000例,清晨时采集体检者静脉血,将采集的血液离心后待检,所有样本在3h内检测完毕。根据体检人群的血脂检测结果,并按照其性别和年龄进行统计学分析。采用消除法测定样本的HDL-C水平,每个工作日做两个水平的伯乐脂类质控品,质控在控状态检测标本。【结果】血清HDL-C在整体人群、男性、女性中呈非正态分布,男性人群中位数为1.08mmol/L明显小于女性人群1.27mmol/L;不同年龄组健康体检人群HDL—C水平呈偏态分布,50岁以上的男性体检者血清HDL—C水平明显高于50岁以下男性体检者,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),且各年龄段呈阶梯性升高趋势,50~59岁年龄组女性体检者的血清HDL-C水平明显高于低年龄组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);各年龄段男性HDL—C异常频数明显高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),50-60岁年龄段的女性的HDL-C水平异常频数明显低于其他年龄段的女性,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);50岁以上的男性的HDL-C水平异常频数明显高于其他年龄段男性,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。【结论】上海市宝山大场地区人群的HDL—C水平较全国平均水平低,且男性血清HDL-C水平随着年龄增长而升高。
[Objective]To study the distribution of serum high density lipoprotein cholesterol in health examination population. [Methods]The 32,000 cases were selected from health examination in our hospital from January 2014 to May 2015, In the early morning, the venous blood samples were collected and centrifuged. All the samples were detected within 3 h. According to the blood lipid test results, statistical analysis were performd in terms of the gender and age . The levels of HDL-C of samples were determined by the elimination method , and two levels of Bio-Rad lipid quality control products were made each working day and specimens were detected under quality control state. [Results] The serum HDL-C in the overall population (both male and female) appeared in a non normal distribution. The male population was 1.08 mmol/L, significantly less than that of the female population 1.27 mmol/L; HDL-C levels of different age among healthy people showed a skewed distribution and serum HDL-C levels in male subjects over 50 years old was significantly higher than those below 50 years old and the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈0.05). The abnormal frequency of HDL-C in women aged 50-60 years was significantly lower than that in other age groups, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈0.05) ; The abnormal frequency of HDL-C in men over 50 years of age was significantly higher than that in other age groups, and the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈0.05).[Conclusion]HDL-C level in the population of Dachang area of Baoshan, Shanghai city was lower than the national average level, and the level of serum HDL-C of the male increased with age.
