摘要
为了调查口罩的过滤性能,自主研制出一台便携式口罩过滤性测试装置,用于测试不同颗粒物浓度下口罩的过滤效率。选用市场上常见的9种不同类型的口罩进行过滤性测试。研究发现,随着空气中颗粒物浓度的升高,各种口罩的过滤效率大多呈上升趋势。不同类型的口罩选用的过滤材料有所差异,过滤机理不同,对颗粒物的过滤效率有较大的差异。9种口罩中的过滤效率最高的是PM2.5抗菌防尘口罩、N95防雾霾口罩等功能性防雾霾口罩,其次是一次性口罩和活性炭口罩,过滤效率较差的是纯棉日用口罩、医用纱布口罩、普通防尘保暖口罩。各种口罩对PM10的过滤效率均高于对PM2.5的过滤效率。
In order to investigate filter ability of respirator, a portable respirator filterability test device was developed independently used to testing the filtration efficiency of respirator under different particle concentration. Nine common respirators were chose to carry out the filterability test. It was found that the filtration efficiency of most respirators would increase with the particle concentration in the air. The filter materials of different respirators are diverse. Thus, the filtering mechanism is different and the filtration efficiency of particulate matter also has a larger difference. The filtration efficiency of functional anti-fog haze respirator like PM2.5 antibacterial dust respirator and N95 anti-fog haze respirator are highest in the nine kinds of respirator,followed by the disposable respirator and activated carbon respirator. The filtration efficiency of pure cotton daily respirator, medical gauze respirator and common dustproof warm respirator are lowest. The various respirators filtration efficiency of PM10 are higher than that of PM2.5.
